Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a member in charge of the management office of Cheong-gu Seoul Apartment-gu from April 26, 2007 to July 10, 2016, and was engaged in the duties of receiving and disbursing apartment management expenses.

The Defendant used financial rights loans, etc. No. 2 in order to repay debt debt D in lieu of Dong students D, and as a result, the Defendant instructed to incur excessive interest on bonds, the Defendant was willing to embezzled the above apartment management expenses.

Accordingly, around July 24, 2014, the Defendant entered an expenditure amount of KRW 177,000 in the written request for deposit from the Livestock Cooperative E account in the form of expenses for repair and maintenance in the expenditure resolution, and obtained approval from F, who is the managing director, respectively, at the above apartment management office around July 24, 2014, after adding the amount of KRW 1,177,000 to the amount of KRW 1,177,000,000, the Defendant withdrawn KRW 1,177,000 from the above Livestock Cooperative account after adding the amount of the said written request to KRW 1,177,000,000,000 from November 11, 2011 to May 26, 2016, the Defendant withdrawn KRW 1,177,000,000 from the above Livestock Cooperative account for the purpose of repayment, living expenses, etc., as stated in the attached list of crimes, and withdrawn KRW 3619,616,196,00.

Accordingly, the Defendant embezzled the property of the victim C apartment management office.
