Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 16, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years and six months in the Seoul High Court for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts, such as Minors under thirteen years of age), and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 2, 2015.

On June 6, 2015, at around 11:50 on June 6, 2015, the Defendant driven a B motorcycle at around 1km section of the road front of the front door of the cancer death market in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangdong-gu, at around 12:00 on the same day.
