Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who raises livestock in Gyeongbuk-gun B.

Anyone who intends to install emission facilities subject to reporting shall report to the competent authority.

Nevertheless, from May 10, 2007 to July 18, 2016, the Defendant installed a breeding facility of approximately 288 square meters of livestock excreta in the above place without reporting the installation of a livestock excreta discharge facility to the competent authority.
