1. As to KRW 64,400,000 and KRW 50,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from December 31, 201 to January 3, 2012.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On January 25, 2006, the Plaintiff lent the amount of KRW 50 million to the Defendant as the interest rate of KRW 400,000 per month, and the due date of repayment on December 25, 2008.

B. The Plaintiff did not receive interest from the Defendant since May 2008.

C. Of the interest received from May 2008, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff a total of KRW 64,440,000,000,000 corresponding to the portion of KRW 36 months and KRW 50,000,000,000,000 from the date following the delivery date of the application for the instant payment order from December 31, 201, which is the day following the delivery date of the application for the modification of the purport of the claim from December 31, 201, to January 3, 2012, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.
