1. Fraud;

A. On January 3, 2018, at around 01:50, the Defendant: (a) performed as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay alcoholic beverages at the E amusement shop operated by the victim D in Ischeon-si; (b) ordered alcoholic beverages; and (c) obtained the said alcohol from F, an employee of the said main shop, the sum of the market price of KRW 330,00,000, which is the victim’s market price.

B. On January 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 05:10, the victim H in Echeon-si, had no intent or ability to pay alcoholic beverages at the I shop operated by Ethmbacheon-si; (b) ordered alcoholic beverages as if they were paid; and (c) obtained from the injured party the alcohol amounting to KRW 250,00,000 in total of the market price owned by the injured party.

On January 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 18:35, 2018, the Defendant was aware of the fact that he did not have the intent or ability to pay the meal cost in L cafeteria operated by the victim K in Ischeon-si, Leecheon-si; (b) ordered meals; and (c) received food and alcohol equivalent to the total market price of 32,00 won, which is the victim’s ownership, from the victim.

On January 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 21:59, 2018, performed as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay alcoholic beverages at the O amusement shop operated by the victim N in Ischeon-si; and (b) ordered alcoholic beverages to be paid as if he had the intention or ability to pay it; and (c) obtained by deception from the damaged person, who is the victim’s possession of alcoholic beverages, a total of 50,000 won.

2. Obstruction of business;

A. On January 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 07:20 on January 3, 2018, to the customers of the R cafeteria operated by the victim Q Q in the P of Echeon-si, without any particular reason, under the influence of alcohol. “C”
