1. The Defendant shall attach the attached Form 3 to the Plaintiff, among the land indicated in the attached Table 1 paragraph (1) and the land indicated in the attached Table 131.20 square meters.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a single-story building registered in the part (A) of the attached Table No. 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 7 of the land listed in the attached Table No. 1 of the attached Table No. 1 of the 131.20 square meters among the land listed in the attached Table No. 2 of the attached Table No. 2, and each of the instant household buildings, which are considered subsequent, are unregistered buildings that are adjacent to or expanded to the upper part of the above building.
(2) Of the land stated in the separate sheet No. 1, 6, 7, 11, and 1 among the land indicated in the separate sheet No. 3, the part (B) of the brick structure building (hereinafter “instant building”) connected each point of which is indicated in the separate sheet No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 1, among the land indicated in the separate sheet No. 3, the part (c) connected each point of which is indicated in the separate sheet No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 1, the brick structure (hereinafter “instant building”) 65.23 square meters of the brick structure (hereinafter “No. 2”) among the land indicated in the separate sheet No. 2 and paragraph 3, the separate sheet No. 1, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 2, each of which is indicated in the separate sheet No. 1, 2, 3800 square meters of the instant building.
B. On August 16, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with A with regard to the instant building with the content that the lease deposit amount of KRW 20,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 2,600,000, and the term of lease from August 16, 2010 to August 31, 2012.
C. Since then, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against A for the reason of the expiration of the lease term and the delinquency in rent, under the Incheon District Court Branch of the Incheon District Court 2013Kadan38918, and “A” between the Plaintiff and A on March 14, 2014 during the said lawsuit.
