Punishment of the crime

1. On Apr. 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) stolen the property totaling KRW 6,440,000,000 on 111 occasions, as indicated in the annexed crime list, from around August 23, 2020 to around August 23, 2020, the Defendant: (b) dived the victim’s name in front of the building B, under the influence of alcohol, while leaving the bank adjacent to the victim; and (c) dived the victim’s name in cash; and (d) stolen the property amounting to KRW 90,000,000,000 in a total of 11 times, as indicated in the annexed crime list.
