Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 17, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle around 10:00, driven a B S-type car from around 300 meters away from the front of the Dobong-gu Seoul Nowon-ro 397-15, the Dobong-gu Seoul, to the front of the 397-15 Ga-ro 65, 65-ro 4, the same street.
