Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A operates a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name of "G" from the 3th floor of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and H is a person who manages a sexual traffic woman and provides guidance to customers from November 22, 2012.

At around 00:10 on November 28, 2012, the Defendant and H conspiredd to engage in the act of similarity by providing 120,000 won from customers I and giving guidance to two smuggling with the J of sexual traffic women. From October 23, 2012 to November 28, 2012, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic including the listed in attached list 1 from around October 23, 2012.

Accordingly, the defendant and H conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
