The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
1. The Defendant is the chief director of the E hospital located in Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, and the victim F (the name, the age of 43) is the patient hospitalized in the above hospital.
At around 21:00 on February 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) divided the drinking with the patient at the pertinent E Hospital 202 sick room of the E Hospital 202; (b) took the victim into this president room, and forced the victim to appear on the wall; (c) took the Defendant’s chest into the victim’s face; and (d) took the Defendant’s chest into the victim’s face with his/her will and clothes; and (c) took the Defendant’s chest into the victim’s face, he/she took the Defendant’s chest promptly and forced the victim to commit an indecent act against the victim by force.
2. Determination
A. The assertion and judgment of relevant persons on fact-finding 1) The Defendant and the alcohol in the sick room continuously during the period of vacation on 2016, as alleged by the victim.
