A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the Mepter (one philophone; hereinafter “philophone”) which is a local mental medicine as follows:

1. On August 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.2g 30,00,000 from C in a car parked in the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul), which was parked in Seoul, for approximately KRW 23:00,000.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On the same day as indicated in paragraph (1) above, Defendant 1 administered philophones in a mutual influorial hotel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with C, and then made C to put philophones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and in a way that allows C to injection into the Defendant’s arms.

B. At around 23:00 on August 201, 2016, Defendant 1 administered phiphonephones in a mutual influorial hotel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with C, to put the non-opopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopic into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and then to have the Defendant injection into the Defendant’s arms.

On the same day as the above B B, the Defendant, at around 23:30 of the above B B, had D in a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and administered phiphones by means of having the Defendant in injection with his arms.

(d)

The following day of the above B. B.M., the Defendant: (a) injected phiphones in a mutual influorial hotel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seo-gu in order to put D in a one-time injection machine; (b) dilution with water; and (c) injected phiphones in a way that the Defendant’s arms are injected.

E. On September 12, 2016, the Defendant, at around 23:00, administered phiphones with C in a mutual influorial hotel located in the Gyeonggi Pyeong-gun, and then, c in a single-use injection machine and dilution with water, and administered phiphones with the Defendant’s arms.
