A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 30, 2018, the Defendant contacted the victim B with his cell phone, and made a false statement to the effect that “The land owner purchases merchandise coupons and sells them to Chinese people, and that there is a lot of profit if he makes an investment. When she invests KRW 10 million to Nana, he/she invests KRW 10 million in the amount of KRW 20 million in addition to the interest amount of KRW 1 million in the principal amount until June 30, 201, and he/she will make a full payment of the principal amount by adding the interest amount of KRW 1 million in the principal amount until June 30, 201. An apartment is in the name of the Republic of Korea, and the father does not know that there is a bond for heading, and his/her father believed it to be correct by the Incheon Office.”

However, at the time of fact, the defendant's wife did not engage in merchandise coupon-related business, and there was no money to make personal investments in 00,000 won. Therefore, even if he received money from the victim, he did not intend to pay the principal and interest promised in one month by investing in merchandise coupon business.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 10 million from the victim on June 4, 2018, and thereafter, acquired the victim by deceiving him more than four times from that time until September 6, 2018, including the amount of KRW 23 million, such as the statement in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

1. In light of the pertinent Article of the Criminal Act and Article 347(1) of the Criminal Act regarding criminal facts, the Defendant’s liability for a crime is not less and less and the amount of damage was not fully recovered, and the victim wanted to be punished against the Defendant.

However, there is no past history of punishment for the same kind of power before the defendant recognized a crime, and was punished once as a violation of the Reserve Forces Act in 2018.
