1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 80,000,000 and the interest rate therefor from February 10, 2017 to the date of full payment.

According to the facts without dispute between the parties, Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, and the purport of the whole arguments and arguments, defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Defendant B") shall borrow KRW 88 million from the plaintiff on December 12, 2016 and make installment payments of KRW 4 million each September of December 9, 2016 to October 8, 2018, and shall lose the benefit of time when the installment payments are delayed, and shall pay the installment payments in addition to 24% interest per annum. Defendant C shall be jointly and severally guaranteed the above loan obligations of the defendant Co., Ltd., and the defendant Co., Ltd shall pay KRW 80,000 on December 12, 2016 and KRW 80,000 per annum, including January 1, 2017.

According to the above facts of recognition, Defendant Company has lost the benefit of time due to the overdue payment of the installment on February 9, 2017, and the Defendants jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the remaining amount of KRW 80 million from February 10, 2017 to the day of full payment, the amount calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from February 10, 2017 to the day of full payment.

3. The plaintiff's claim is accepted on the ground of the reasoning.
