A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, with the trade name of “F” in Seo-gu, was engaged in the same business as “F,” and, at the time, was dissatisfied with the victim G (37 years of age) who was a customer to the said F, became aware of the same business relationship with his own female and her female, became liquidated and hedging with the victim.

On May 29, 2015, at around 03:10, the Defendant requested the victim to talk by making a telephone on several occasions at the scarcity in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, about May 29, 2015, but the Defendant continued to refuse to request the victim to talk, and “I will die. I will die. I will do so.” However, the Defendant was able to hear the victim’s words “Igrh grh scarg” and then the victim was knife with knife by finding the victim.
