A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 1, 2013, the Defendant causing property damage: (a) around 22:50 on December 22, 2013, the Defendant: (b) destroyed a beer’s disease in the “E” operation “E”, which was under the influence of alcohol in a cooling house for the purpose of storing beverages; and (c) damaged the cooling house and the glass door (a 50cm in length, 120cm in length) with a repair cost of KRW 500,000; and (d) continuously fell into the floor by continuously cutting down the 10,000 won in total at the market price of KRW 10,00,000,000 in total at the floor; and (e) damaged the property equivalent to KRW 1,100,000 in the market price of the victim’s ownership by cutting the electric beer at the market price of KRW 1,00,00 in total.
2. Around December 1, 2013, the Defendant, in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective crime, deadly weapon, etc.) expressed the victim D (age 54) (age 54), who was under the influence of alcohol at an entertainment drinking club, “hump hump hump hump hump” and humk humk hump, which is a dangerous object, and assaulted the victim as if he were waiting for the victim.
