A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. 4. A special assault: (a) around June 10, 2018, at the entrance of Seo-gu Incheon, the Defendant committed assault to the victim J (Woo, age 41) on the ground that the Defendant merely flated at the entrance of Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, when she was flatd with the back of the victim’s head, which is a dangerous object ( approximately 80cm in length).

On June 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) arrested the suspect at the site upon receiving a report of 112 at the time and place specified in paragraph (4); (b) arrested the suspect as a current offender on charges of special assault, such as the description in paragraph (4); and (c) accompany the police officer into the Incheon Western Police Station L/C located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; (d) stated on June 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) stated that the police officer “Woo-to-kick kick kick kick kick kacks,” and walk the glass door connected to the storage room of the earth’s records.
