3. In conclusion, the plaintiff Gap's conjunctive claim against the defendant Eul is justified within the above scope of recognition. Thus, the plaintiff Eul's primary claim against the defendants, the plaintiff Eul's conjunctive claim against the defendant Eul and the remaining conjunctive claim against the defendant Eul shall be dismissed since all of the plaintiff Eul's conjunctive claim are without merit.
