1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 30,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from September 3, 2015 to September 30, 2015; and (b) the Plaintiff.

Since the statutory interest rate was changed from 20% per annum to 20% per annum, the portion in excess is dismissed, and the Plaintiff is seeking damages for delay at the rate of 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act by the date of delivery of a duplicate of the complaint without specifying the initial date, but the initial date cannot be specified even after examining the description of the cause of the claim
