A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

20,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The above additional collection shall be levied on the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On September 8, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment and three years of suspended execution for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Incheon District Court on September 8, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 16th of the same month, and is not a

On May 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) on the lower-hand 20:00, in the E-coos vehicle parked near the Drops in Seocho-si C; (b) on the one-time coos vehicle, the psychotropic drugs previously received from F and possessed by F, put 0.03g of psychotropic drugs into a disposable injection machine; and (c) dilution them with water, and administered them by means of injection into one’s own arms.

2. At around 18:00 on May 5, 2013, the Defendant, within the foregoing vehicle parked in the vicinity of the Chungcheongnam-gu G apartment, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, the Defendant, in a single-use injection machine, put 0.03g of psychotropic drugs previously received from F, into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injected them into one’s arms.
