Punishment of the crime

On March 14, 2014, at around 04:20, the Defendant driven a cafeteria-gu car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.152% at the 1km section in front of the backend road in the same city, at the cafeteria-dong, which is not aware of the trade name in the Gyeong-dong, Gwangju Metropolitan City.
