1. On January 14, 2015, the Defendant and the person who filed a medical care and custody application (hereinafter “Defendant”) had been sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor by interfering with business affairs at the Busan District Court and completed the execution of the sentence on November 4, 2015.

2. The Defendant committed any of the following crimes under the status that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to a stimulative disorder, alcohol disorder, and alcohol dependence.
