A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. While the Defendant was working as an employee of the Victim Company D Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., the Defendant was aware of the fact that white paper was attached approximately 8 to 50gs to the part of the Victim Company, which is a device for temperature control of the victim Company producer, and was trying to steal the said part at the victim Company’s factory.

On September 30, 2015, from around 10:00 to 11:00 on the same day, the Defendant used another person’s prior certificate of access held by the victim company M10B/R3 producer and stored materials to store the materials, the Defendant used the aforementioned TC parts, and used 165,252,220 won at a total of 17 times from September 1, 2015 to November 7, 2015, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

2. On November 11, 2015, around 13:50 on November 11, 2015, the Defendant intruded upon the victim company’s production lines by using E’s access certificate, an employee of the subcontractor company of the victim company, in addition to intrusion upon the victim company’s production lines. In addition, the Defendant invadedd the victim company’s production lines on 18 occasions in total as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form.
