Punishment of the crime

[former Fact-finding] The Defendants were residents of the F Village in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, a site for construction of nuclear power plants E., and Defendant B was the chairperson of the F Village Compensation and Relocation Policy Committee (hereinafter “Relocation Policy Committee”), Defendant A’s operating members of the Relocation Policy Committee, and Defendant C are members of the Relocation Policy Committee. The Korea hydroelectric Power and Nuclear Co., Ltd., a business entity of ancient nuclear power plants (hereinafter “Griwon”), has moved F Village residents, and entered into an entrustment contract with the Ulsan-gun Office on September 29, 2006 to accommodate approximately 88,500 of land in order to accommodate approximately 88,500 of land. Since F Village residents were divided into the Relocation Policy Committee and the Emergency Policy Committee, there was a delay in the formation of the Compensation Policy Committee for Resettlement and Compensation Policy, the Committee urged to hold the Village and Compensation Policy Committee in order to pressure the settlement of the State.
