A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “2016 Highly 1785,” was the relative of the victim C, and the victim was dissatisfied with his or her intention to defend himself or herself.

At around 22:40 on May 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the entrance of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Down, where the victim resides, carried the kitchen knife (28cm in total length, 16cm in knife) which is a dangerous object to threaten the victim; and (b) requested the victim to open the doors of 302 on the 302 front corridor of the 302 front corridor where the victim resides and entered the knife of the knife in order to protect the victim; and (c) requested the victim to open the doors of 302 above knife in the knife 302 front corridor where the victim resides; and (d) requested the victim to do so.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous things and invaded upon the victim's residence.

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a bicycle.

On July 5, 2016, the Defendant driven the above bicycle at around 10:40, while driving three-lanes in front of the Sinnam-si, Sinnam-si, and driving the bicycle in the direction of the Central Market, in line with three-lanes, the Defendant breached the duty of front-time care in front of the Singu, Sinnam-si, and violated the stop signal and proceeded as it is, thereby causing the Defendant’s injury to the victim F (65 years old, female) who walked the crosswalk in accordance with the pedestrian signal from the front side of the Defendant’s front side to the left side of the road in the direction of the Defendant’s direction, and caused the Defendant’s injury, such as a string, kne, kne, kne’s fry, and tension.
