Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

An alien staying in the Republic of Korea shall always hold an alien registration certificate, passport, etc., and present a passport, etc. upon request by an immigration control official or authorized public official in connection with his/her duties.

Nevertheless, at around 18:10 on October 12, 2019, the Defendant violated the obligation to carry and present a passport, etc. by failing to present a passport, etc., on the following grounds: (a) on the front road of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, a police officer of the Guro Police Station, etc. who was in violation of the method of crossing the road; and (b) required to present an identification card, such as a passport.”
