[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person other than a person handling narcotics, etc., may trade, assist in the trade of, give or receive, possess, possess, use, control, prepare, administer, or provide, psychotropic drugs or other psychotropic drugs containing their substance;

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

Nevertheless, at around 18:00 on May 17, 2019, the Defendant received 1st 1st 1st son Scam (product name: 0.25mg) and 1st mamp (product name: 1mmg) as well as 1st mamp (product name: 1mg) as a psychotropic drug prescribed by the D Hospital.

Accordingly, the Defendant provided psychotropic drugs.

2. Defendant B

(a) No person, other than a person handling narcotics, shall trade, assist in the trade of, give or receive, possess, possess, use, control, prepare, administer, or provide psychotropic drugs or other psychotropic drugs containing their substance;

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

Nevertheless, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, the Defendant received delivery from the above A of tria stroke (name of product: 0.25mg, stroke (name of product: 0.25mg) and 1 log stroke (name of product: 1mg) without compensation, and recovered together with water around 17:00 of the following month.

Accordingly, the Defendant accepted and administered psychotropic drugs.

B. At around 17:00 on May 18, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) from the road in front of the Defendant’s dwelling at permanent residence C to the front road of the Sinbuk-gun E in front of his permanent residence, the Defendant driven G cargo at approximately 6km from the road in front of his dwelling to the front road of his permanent residence; and (b) under the influence of Tyria administered as stated in the foregoing 2.a, and a log farm, the Defendant was unable to drive normally
