Defendant

A is a business owner running a game room with the trade name "E Gameland" on the second floor of the building of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. Defendant B is a person in charge of the duties of the head of the department in the above game room to manage overall duties, such as the management of customers and game scores, and Defendant C is a person who receives KRW 100,000 per day from Defendant A and exchanged game scores to customers in the game room.
