A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant: (a) knowingly aware of the fact that the aforementioned singing staff members are public institutions, etc. to assist them in committing the above singing fraud; (b) on March 19, 2018, the Defendant sent the Defendant’s resident registration certificate; (c) written details of transaction in the account in the name of the Defendant; and (d) the front of the passbook in the account to the Defendant’s account to the Defendant’s Kakao Stockholm messages; and (c) on March 22, 2018, the Defendant withdrawn KRW 100,000,000,000 from March 13:43, 2018 to the Defendant’s account in accordance with the order of the Defendant’s 14:34; and (d) on March 18, 200,000 won deposited in the Defendant’s account in the name of the Defendant’s 2nding staff member.

Afterwards, the defendant moves to the Dong branch of Chuncheon-ro 181, Chuncheon-ro, the 10,000 won worth of 50,000 won, which was withdrawn as above, to be exchanged in cash.
