Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants’ relevant Defendants A and F are corporate brokers, and Defendant E is a person who operated a mobile phone consignment store with the trade name of “K,” Defendant C is a person who jointly operates “L” (hereinafter “L”) with Defendant D, Defendant D is an employee of “M agency,” a mobile phone agent of the Victim SK Telecom Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “victim”) as the operator of L, and Defendant B is the latter part of Defendant A, and Defendant G is the ship of Defendant E.
For more than three months, the victim company provided a cell phone device as part of the cell phone, and provided a cell phone device free of charge on the basis of the use of the cell phone or brace service, and operated the method of paying sales incentives to the opening agency or sales store (hereinafter referred to as “subsidies”).

2. Specific facts of crime;
A. Defendant A, B, C, D, E, and F’s co-principal conduct, from around October 22, 2012 to Defendant E, shall deliver to Defendant E the documents necessary for the opening of a mobile phone, such as the business registration certificate, corporate seal impression, corporate register copy, corporate representative identification card, corporate representative identification card, and corporate representative seal impression, etc., of O (hereinafter “O”) operated by Defendant E, which is a corporation under the direct jurisdiction of the victim company by using documents related to the O, and Defendant E requests the opening of a mobile phone to L operated by Defendant C and D using documents related to the corporation of O, and Defendant C requests the opening of a mobile phone to the MO agency operated by the victim company directly.
