A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and D established and operated B, which is a black box, door-to-door sales and installation company in the name of D, set up F in the name of the Defendant, and sold the auction or black box, and made the buyer use the separate telephone services, and the Defendant and D developed goods with a pre-purchase of the separate telephone call points used by the buyer.

The above separate communications companies: (a) the buyer installed a fry case for the use of a separate communications company on his own mobile phone; and (b) the Defendant and D actually used the relevant fry case; (c) however, the Defendant and D did not explain to the buyer the above fry method by abusing the fact that the Defendant and D did not need to purchase the fry points for the payment of the fry calls if the buyers use the existing fying communications company’s monetary services without using a separate communications company; and (d) did not intend to obtain the amount equivalent to the amount of the goods sold to the buyer by using a false fyms as if the fyms were sold as a fake, in the name of the above F company.

In accordance with the aforementioned conspiracys with D’s above crime, the Defendant made a false statement from Pyeongtaek-si G that “If he first pays 1.8 million won or more to E the mobile phone fee, he/she will pay it on behalf of the company that he/she uses, and the latest black box will be installed and operated free of charge, and he/she shall pay 1.8 million won or more as the mobile phone fee on the same day by credit card from the said injured person, and in collusion with D, he/she shall make the said injured person pay 1.8 million won or more as the mobile phone fee on the same day. As shown in the attached list of crimes, 56 victims total from around 56 times to January 22, 2015, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
