Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operates a mutual game hall of “E” on the first and second floor of the prime city, and Defendant B is a person who is employed by Defendant A in exchange for money in the above “E” game site around February 25, 2018 and exchanged to customers.

No one shall allow any person to engage in gambling or other speculative acts by using game water or cause any person to engage in such conduct, and no one shall engage in the business of exchanging, arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

1. From around August 2017 to February 23, 2018, the Defendant established 50 games in the above game in the 2017. From around August 2017, to around February 23, 2018, and provided 50 in the said game to customers with no name, and the money exchange of a person without name, converted the points acquired as a result of the game into 10% per unit, and exchanged in cash by deducting 10% of the fee from the points acquired by the customers.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with a name in a money exchange prize, exchanged the result obtained through the use of game products in the game.

2. From February 25, 2018 to March 5, 2018, Defendant A established 40 game machine for “sea defense” game in the said “E” game in the said “E” game, and 10 game machine for “Done-time customers,” and Defendant B exchanged in cash by converting the points acquired as a result of the game into 10% per one point.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to exchange the results obtained through the use of game products in the game room.
