1. Facts of recognition;

가. B은 피고와 자동차종합보험을 체결한 C 아반떼차량(이하 ‘피고차량‘이라 한다)를 운전하고, 2013. 1. 24. 17:30경 충북 음성군 원남면 보천리 백마령터널을 지난 도로를 청주쪽에서 충주쪽으로 편도 2차로 중 2차로를 따라 운행하던 중, 앞서 진행하다가 먼저 발생한 사고들에 따라 갓길에 정차해 있던 원고 소유의 D 아반떼 차량(이하 ‘원고차량’이라 한다)을 피고차량으로 충격하고, 이어서 원고차량 앞에 서 있던 원고를 피고차량으로 충격하여 가드레일과 피고차량 사이에 원고의 왼쪽 다리 무릎 아래를 압착하였다가 원고를 가드레일 밖으로 튕겨 내었다

(3) The defendant vehicle running a two-lane thereafter is dissatisfed in the section as well as the rear part of the above cargo vehicle into the right side of the defendant vehicle, and proceeds between the one-lane and the two-lane. The defendant vehicle driving a one-lane and the two-lanes on the right side of the vehicle (non-party 3 vehicle) driven by the driver.
