Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2, 2019, at around 06:25, the Defendant driven a low-priced car with B, and proceeded to turn to C from the right edge of the new high-speed pharmaceutical street. Although the Defendant had a duty of care to safely drive on the front side and the left side, he neglected the duty of care to comply with the signal, and caused the victim D (54 years old, South) who proceeded to turn to the left on the opposite side by neglecting the duty of care to safely drive on the opposite side, and by neglecting the duty of care to safely drive on the right side and by failing to make a left-hand turn on the opposite side, the front part of the E-J-W-W-W-W-W-on car driven by the victim D (54 years old, South) who went to the right edge of the said high-class car.
