Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:40 on October 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) took a 112 reporter at the Cnobya-si, Boan-si, Boan-si, B, and took a disturbance, and (b) took a look at E from a policeman belonging to the D Zone of the Boan Police Station, which was called “Ie, Crop, Crop, and Crop,” and (b) interfered with the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of 112 reports by assaulting the E’s buckbuck part twice of the instant E, by assaulting the E, such as walking the buckbuck part.
