A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From November 10, 2015 to January 6, 2016, the Defendant leased Ctel 507, 509, 510, and 806 respectively, and arranged sexual traffic by employing solar female D, etc., advertising commercial sex acts to mobile phones, “E” and “F,” and receiving a fee of 10,000 to 2,30,000 won depending on the type of sexual traffic services from the male visiting the advertisement report, and then allowing to sexual intercourse with the female in the above subparagraphs, and delivering 40,000 won per hour to the female in Thailand.
