Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 14, 2016, around 09:13, the Defendant was released from the victim on the ground that the Defendant was unable to carry in the air exceeding 100 m3, the capacity of the liquid stay allowed to carry in under the Incheon International Airport Security Regulations, on the ground that the Defendant was not carried in the air in excess of 100 m3, the capacity of the large stay allowed to carry in the air, in order to board the Incheon International Airport Security Guards located in 272, the Incheon International Airport Security Complex, and the Republic of Korea (VN409) planned to start from 10:15 on the same day.
1. 모욕 피고인은 위 일시, 장소에서 위와 같이 피해자가 보안 규정에 따라 피고인이 액상 홍삼액기스 제품을 휴대하는 것을 제지하였다는 이유로, 위 검색대 인근에 있던 다른 탑승객들과 보안요원 등이 듣고 있는 가운데 피해자에게 ‘이런 싸가지 없는 년’, ‘이런 썅년’이라고 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
