A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized evidence 2 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On November 11, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to two years in Busan District Court for the charge of forging official documents and completed the execution of the sentence in Daegu Prison on June 8, 2010.

1. Around August 2012, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 10,00 to a person who was unable to know his/her name that he/she made in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government’s trade name at the place; and (b) made him/her produce his/her family name stating the name of the hospital and the name of the deceased; and (c) made him/her affix his/her photograph to his/her identification card.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a hospital funeral identification card in the name of D, which is a private document related to a certificate of fact.

2. At around 13:00 on February 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) commenced the electric station where the 3rd children of Yong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City were located in 235 on the electric station; and (b) exercised the said forged identification card to E in the train No. 1534 of the Gyeong-gu Special Metropolitan City, Chang-gu, Chang-si, Chang-si, Ga-dong, 1535 on the following day, by presenting it to E as a document duly formed.

3. On February 27, 2013, at around 12:38, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim E who was waiting for a train at a place where he was waiting for the train; (b) boarded the train in the train as described in the above paragraph (2); and (c) presented a forged identification card to the victim as described in paragraph (2); and (d) carried the train as if the Defendant was D and the head of the hospital.

After that, at around 13:07 on the same day, the Defendant showed the balance between the Gwangju Bank account (Account Number: G) in the name of Nonindicted Party F in the name of the victim obtained from the Gwangju Mine Terminal in the following calendar areas as stated in paragraph 2, and falsely concluded that “I would immediately repay if I would like to have a person who would help in I I I I I I I I I I I I I I would like to do so, if I would lend 40,000 won to Busan.”

However, it is true.
