Criminal facts
On June 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) took a desire to breathly in the street side of the apartment building B in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) took a disturbance, and (c) was under the influence of the Defendant: (a) was urged by the Defendant to return home from a slope D belonging to the police box of the Mapo-dong Police Station C in the Mapo-gu, Busan, upon receiving a report from 112, the Defendant called “I will directly go back to the cssp or patrol house; and (b) was sent to the Central Police Station, I would like to read “I will go to go back directly at the csp or patrol house; and (c) I would put the face part of the said D with a mountain and a medicinal bag that had been affected by her hand.”
As a result, the defendant assaulted police officers, thereby hindering them from performing their legitimate duties on the handling of reported cases.

However, there is no other criminal record except for the punishment of a fine due to an act of violence, which was about 27 years prior to the defendant, and the degree of interference with public duties due to a crime in the judgment is not severe.
Therefore, the punishment as ordered shall be determined by taking these circumstances into consideration equally.
