1. At around 14:00 on January 26, 2016, the employee of the Singishing operations stated that “I wish to inform the phone number of the debt repayment department because there is a product in which high interest loans are replaced with low interest rate,” and the employee of the Singishing operations assumes the person E of the debt repayment department, “I will first change the existing loan amount of KRW 12 million to a low interest rate, due to credit rating, to the victim’s repayment of the existing loan amount of KRW 12 million. As a virtual account has been opened in the community credit cooperatives, I would deposit KRW 12 million with the community credit cooperatives.”
However, despite receiving money from the victim, the employees of the Singing Agency did not intend to convert the victim's high interest rate loans into low interest loans.
On January 26, 2016, 2016, the employees of the Ssinging singing sing 12 million won was transferred from the account of community credit cooperatives (Account Number:F) in the name of the defendant around 14:04.
