1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 180,000,000 won and the period from January 27, 2016 to February 27, 2019.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings as to the cause for the claim, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 50 million to the Defendant C upon the request of the Defendant C on October 23, 2015. The Defendant C, upon the request of the Plaintiff, issued a request to the Plaintiff for purchase on behalf of the said real estate for the purpose of obtaining profit equivalent to the difference by selling the said real estate to a third party after purchasing the 6,149 square meters of land owned by D, Kim Jong-si, and then selling it to the Plaintiff. Upon the request of the Defendant C, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract as the purchaser of the said real estate on October 26, 2015. The Plaintiff, at the request of the Defendants on October 26, 2015, transferred the amount of KRW 110 million with the purchase price of the said sales contract plus KRW 10 million with KRW 160 million with the loan price of KRW 10,000,0000,000,000 paid to the said Plaintiff.

According to the above facts, the defendants are jointly and severally guaranteed as stated in the above loan certificate when the plaintiff lent KRW 150 million to the principal debtor F. Thus, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to compensate the plaintiff about the total amount of principal and interest KRW 180 million and 6% per annum prescribed in the Commercial Act from January 27, 2016 to February 27, 2019, the day following the due date for payment of the complaint of this case sought by the plaintiff from February 27, 2019, which is the delivery date of the copy of the complaint of this case, and 15% per annum pursuant to Article 2 of the Addenda of the Regulation on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) to May 31, 2019.
