Defendant

A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

, however, from the date this judgment becomes final.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.

1. Defendant A

A. At around 23:00 on the first day of July 2012, the Defendant administered a phiphone by inserting the psychotropic drug into a single-time injection machine, in which the psychotropic drug is inserted into a single-time injection machine, and making the crophone in which the psychotropic drug is promptly produced, and then in which the crophone is injected into one’s arms.

B. On October 2, 2012, around 00:30 on October 2, 2012, the Defendant, who stopped in front of the cross-dissuries located in Sejong Special Self-Governing City D, received approximately 0.3 grams from E, and received and delivered the penphones.

C. At around 01:00 on October 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) provided F with a single medication among the phiphonephones received from Sejong Special Self-Governing City D without compensation; and (b) received and delivered phiphones.

The Defendant, at the same time and place as referred to in the preceding paragraph, and as referred to in paragraph (1)(b), administered philophones by inserting one-time medication into a single-use injection machine, melting the life of the Defendant as soon as possible, and allowing F to infect the blood in his arms.

E. On October 2, 2012, the Defendant issued, at the same place as at around 23:00, one-time medication to B, as at paragraph 1(b), and received and delivered philophones.

F. On October 3, 2012, the Defendant administered one-time medication in the same manner as paragraph (d) of Article 1 at the same place as, and as, paragraph (1) at the same time, in the same manner as, paragraph (b) of the same Article.

G. On October 3, 2012, the Defendant, at the same place as at around 03:0, at around 03:0, in a manner that puts a part-time medication into a single-use injection machine and melts a raw water rapidly, and uses phiphones in F’s arms after melting blood transfusions.

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant violates the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) and the first order on July 2012.
