A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

17,882,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On March 14, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Jeonju District Court on the grounds of a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and completed the execution of the said sentence on October 28, 2013.
