Punishment of the crime

Defendants are those engaged in the clothing sales business with a forged trademark.

No one shall deliver, sell, forge, imitate, or possess a trademark identical or similar to another person's registered trademark for the purpose of using or making another person use such trademark on goods identical or similar to the designated goods.

On June 2014, the Defendants proposed G to the mutual influent car page, which is located in the first half of the Maman Government of Man Government of Man Government, as “I would operate the sales site, such as the chief executive officer and employee, and divide profits into 1/3 each other.” G consented to it at the seat, namely, I would like to sell through the Internet site as if they were genuine products.

1. The Defendant, along with G and B, operated the Internet shopping mall office from Jun. 2, 2014 to Jun. 101, 2014 (H 101). From Jun. 2, 2014 to Aug. 29, 2014, the Defendant advertised from Aug. 12, 2014 to Oct. 29, 2014 (L), and from M (N) to Oct. 10, 2014 to Oct. 30, 2014, the Defendant provided the Defendant with the purchase and delivery of goods, order and delivery of goods, order and delivery of goods, and order and delivery of the goods, from Oct. 10, 2014 to Oct. 30, 2014.

During the period of B, G and the above period, the Defendant sold counterfeit goods of an amount equivalent to KRW 207,859,433 via K, and 3,781 times through K (L), forged goods of approximately KRW 146,068,880 via G and M (N), and sold forged goods of approximately KRW 79,559,312 on about 1,680 times through G and M, and sold the clothing attached with a trademark of KRW 43,487,625 won in total 8,619 times, such as the list of crimes in attached Table 1, 2, and 3.
