1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be postponed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 27, 2015, at around 23:25, the Defendant: (a) boarded a D car driven by Dazin C from the 39west-ro Roon Park Jong-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si; (b) but was able to get off the said car on the wind that C is exposed to drinking control.

The Defendant continuously obstructed the police officer’s front of the above C in order to measure alcohol alcohol at the above location, such as the head E of the police station’s traffic control division, and the head of the above F in order to take a drinking level, and the Defendant also obstructed the so-called “breath of the above C by blocking the police officer’s front of the above sealed end door,” and then, from the above E, the Defendant obstructed the so-called “breath of the movement to the lower part of the driver who must take a drinking test.” The Defendant h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h, h h h h, h h h h, and h h h h h h h h h h h h

Accordingly, the above police officers attempted to arrest the defendant as a flagrant offender and caused the victims' face by spreading the arms of the victim G with auxiliary police officers(20 years old) and the victim H(20 years old) belonging to the Gyeonggi-do Police Office, which had tried to arrest the defendant as a flagrant offender, and caused the victims to be fright away from the arms of the victim's face.

Accordingly, the above defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers and medical police officers, and at the same time injured the victims.
