Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 27, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch on August 27, 2008, and a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime in the same court on November 22, 2010, respectively.

On December 23, 2016, the Defendant, who violated the provision prohibiting driving of alcohol twice or more, driven B rocketing car with approximately 50 meters alcohol content 0.122% under the influence of alcohol from the front side of the marina room in the summer-dong at the time of leisure on December 23, 2016 to the front road of the White Hospital located in the same Dong.
