Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant had five rooms in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, and four floors, and operated a commercial sex trafficking business establishment called “C”, advertised the above business establishment on the Internet “D” website, and employed E, etc. as female employees.
Around 02:00 on October 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) provided a telephone reservation of KRW 39,000 to six; (b) provided a guidance to a female employee E on six occasions; and (c) provided a similar teaching act to have a female employee E with his/her sexual organ de facto hand; and (d) provided a brokerage act of arranging sexual traffic, etc. for the business from September 9, 2014 to October 21, 2014.
