[Defendant E] Defendant E shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for three years and six months.

【Defendant A’s imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act at the Daegu District Court on November 16, 2012, which became final and conclusive on May 10, 2013.
1. The Defendants’ joint principal offender H is the total liability for the supply of fake petroleum products; Defendant E is the supply of fake petroleum products in Daegu and North Korea; Defendant A is the recruitment of fake petroleum products subdivided operators in Daegu and North Korea; and the intermediate supply of raw materials; and I is the transport of fake petroleum products as raw materials.
No one shall supply, sell, store, transport, or keep petroleum products, petrochemicals, alternative fuels, or materials containing carbon and hydrogen in order to use them in manufacturing fake petroleum products or using them as fake petroleum products.
Nevertheless, in collusion with the Defendants, H, and I, around September 2012, at the office of Defendant E in Daegu-gu, Judio 303, Defendant E received orders from Defendant A to supply fake petroleum products and requested H to supply fake petroleum products in the name of “K”, and H ordered to order 18,261,485 m2 at the market price in the name of “K” to “K,” which is an agent, to supply fake petroleum products 47,759 m2 at the market price. Defendant I driven the L tank lor vehicle and transported the above mar to the above marc terminal at the same level below the East-gu ICT level designated by Defendant E or the Defendant, or to the close place of the Busan-si, Busan-si, Gyeong-si. Defendant A subdivided the same into the above marc used to sell fake petroleum products in the name of fake petroleum products in the name of fake petroleum products in the name of “K” and supplied the above marc to the above mar.
Defendants, H and I, as well as the Defendants, H and I, have the same method as indicated in the attached list of crimes between around that time to April 2013, the market price is 64,654,150 won.
