Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is willing to employ a female to engage in commercial sex acts and arrange the commercial sex acts in the form of a business trip, as well as to distribute the profits therefrom. On September 12, 2016, the Defendant sent a female commercial sex acts from male customers under the name of the name that reported a business trip advertisement posted by B on the “C” Internet site on September 12, 2016 and contacted with him/her, to “Eel 205 in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu.”

In other words, the contact was received.

Accordingly, the defendant sent the F, which is a female sexual traffic, to the above her address, by using a car, and arranged the F, which is a female sexual traffic, to receive 150,000 won as the price for sexual traffic and to enable the relevant male guest and F to engage in sexual traffic.

The Defendant, in collusion with B from August 7, 2016 to September 12, 2016, had sexual traffic women engage in sexual traffic with male customers in return for the payment of the price, thereby allowing them to engage in sexual traffic with nameless male customers.
