Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Although it is not necessary for the Defendant to be hospitalized to receive the insurance money, such as daily allowances when hospitalized at 8 insurance companies, such as victim Lone or life insurance companies, etc., the Defendant did not need to be hospitalized and receive the insurance money. On January 12, 2008, the Defendant was hospitalized to E hospital located in Young-gu, Young-gu, Seoul. However, on January 12, 2008, the Defendant was hospitalized in the E hospital located in Young-gu, Seoul. However, on the written indictment of the guardian club, the “Seoul Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul” guardian’s head office cannot be deemed the location where the Defendant used credit card, and thus, it is excluded from criminal facts.

Although a person was engaged in daily life, such as attending a funeral, he/she received a written confirmation of hospitalization as if he/she was hospitalized by January 31, 2008, and received a written confirmation of hospitalization from around February 13, 2008, and then filed a claim for insurance money as if he/she was hospitalized in the above D or life insurance, and received hospitalized treatment due to a disease requiring hospitalized treatment, and accordingly, he/she received 400,000 won from an employee in charge of the above D or life insurance for the purpose of insurance money on February 14, 2008 and received 58,59,09,092 won by the same method from around 91 to May 8, 2013.
