1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a foreigner who entered the Republic of Korea as a short-term visit visa (C3) on December 14, 2019.

1. Around 16:40 on February 1, 2020, the Defendant: “D” operated by the victim C (son and 53 years of age) in Seocheon-si B, for the reason that the victim was not paid the benefits of E, the Defendant was able to kill and trace the victim’s head by hand; the victim avoided the Defendant from smoking room and thereby the victim was in a smoking room, thereby keeping the victim’s head by hand; and putting the victim’s head on two occasions, which is a dangerous object located behind the table of the smoking room; and putting the victim’s head on two occasions.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

2. Around 18:20 on February 2, 2020, the Defendant: (a) taken a knife at the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) and knife the knife, knife the knife (the knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife).

The victim threatened the victim as if he or she had any harm or harm repeatedly.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

3. Interference with business;

A. At around 16:40 on February 1, 2020, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s “D” operated by the victim C (Nam, 53 years of age) as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1), and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by avoiding the Defendant, thereby preventing the victim from engaging in restaurant business for about 20 minutes, by driving away from the victim’s behind the victim’s escape.

B. At around 18:20 on February 2, 2020, the Defendant posted the victim’s knife and knife in the restaurant as described in paragraph (1), as described in paragraph (2).

The victim is a victim by force for about 30 minutes, such as repeated deduction, repeatedness inside the restaurant to the large interest of Chinese horse, etc.
